 I must admit, I have a major passion for healing!!! I not only work on your body but want you to have an experience that, even if momentarily, will take you to a place of complete solitude. At the same time, I want to empower you to understand the source of your discomfort. Also, teach you techniques to use at home that will help bring you relief.

From yoga studio to a chiropractic office.  Since graduating from The Soma Institute, a well-known massage school in Chicago, IL, in 2006 I’ve had the opportunity to work in a wide range of settings. My experience has provided me the opportunity to create a style of massage that encompasses several different modalities. 

I am a “massage mixologist”. I combine a variety of modalities to create an experience for you that is uniquely your own. I will incorporate stretching, myofascial work, trigger point, and  energy work depending on your needs. My pressure can range from light touch, solid and firm, to deep tissue. Most importantly, the session is about what you want. I am just your guide.
